So now that all of you know whats goin on with the cd, the only other thing that there is to talk about are live shows. We have a couple coming up at local bars and clubs in the northern NJ area, so check back often to our "shows" section, which WILL get a long needed update..

Whats happening with Myrtle Ave?
yooo what up? hope everybody had a happy thanksgiving and all is well. so heres whats up...the cd has been mixed, and is almost complete. before we release it, we need to do a couple more things. we recently signed on with a promotion company, you can check it out @ www.themusicinsider.com in a few weeks. this is the group that is going to get us on college radio in the area, and book myrtle ave shows at colleges.
so, back to the cd. we have to master the cd still, which is quite an expensive process. luckily, it doesnt take nearly as long to master as it does to mix and record. after that, we are going to send the finished out to a company that will duplicate the cds, which is also really expensive. as soon as we get the finished product, we'll let you guys know, and you can start buying. if you cant wait, our older songs are still on purevolume, availible for download free of charge.

hows it goin myrtle ave fans.....a lot of shit has been goin on. we're back in the studio, working on our lp. its coming along really well, and we'll have a finished product for you guys and girls soon enough. thanks so much for your patience and support. talk to all of y'all when we get out of the lab

whats good myrtle ave fans, long time since the last update. a lot has gone on, a whole lot of shows played and some new songs on the way. for now, we are going to focus on writing new material, for a full length cd release. new songs means longer live shows, and more tracks for all of you fans to listen to. we are definately developing as a band, writing has never been easier. keep an eye on this site for new shows over the summer.

Yooo Yooo..we havent updated in awhile but everyone should know what has been going on. We recently played at Stone Pony and wouldve won but got disqualified for a reason that shouldnt be mentioned. No big deal because we rocked the house anyway. Everyone was feelin the beats. We have an upcoming show on March 26th at the pony again. Myrtle Ave T-Shirts were made a few days ago..if anyone wants one..send us an e-mail..and we'll hook it up..$15 each. We will be updating the website within the next few months. Just let it take over.

Whats good everyone...our next show is on Feb 18th at Archer Hall in Allendale (the same place we played on Jan 8th.) Think its gonna be $8. Also, if you didnt get a copy of our demo, you can now download 3 of our songs at purevolume. Right now we're working on a few new songs, and they should be ready by the 18th. Get ready for a bangin show. For now, love your life.

Dammmmn we rocked the house last night. That was probably one of the best shows yet. We appreciated all of you kids comin out to see us. We hoped you guys enjoyed it as much as we did. More shows will be announced hopefully in the near future. For now, keep on spreadin the love.

New shows have been announced. The dates are Jan 8th and sometime in February. Directions will be posted in the next day or two. Everyone should be there around 7-7:15. For now, keep it on the positive. Peace

Wow. That was probably one of the best shows yet. We really enjoyed playin for all you kids. All you know that there will be more shows to come in the future. Hopefully sooner then later. Well, nothing else happening. For now, keep on listening and stay positive.

As everyone should know, we have finished up in the studio. The demo has been done with no problems. It was a huge breakthough and we feel that it keeps the flow of music on postive side. The unique beats will have everyone just moving to the grove of the sounds. We feel that this was a big success. Based on this demo we hope we can move forward in our music careers. For now, all we have to say is Enjoy.
